Please do as Zillow does and only charge one application fee for the month for multiple properties. All my leads now come from zillow due to this feature they have. It is difficult to have to tell anyone after they did not get the property that they spent 55$ on and they will have to spend another 55$ on to be on a list again. It puts a lot of pressure on the landlord and I feel bad for them. With Zillow if they dont get the property it can be used for application for another. It is also becoming a legal thing in most states that the LL pay the fees soon.

Allow landlord to add mandatory fields for people to upload documents so that it is done correctly the first time
