Archive inactive property

Yes to all the suggested functionality on this topic. I have bought and sold and managed several properties and would also like the option to archive properties that I no longer own or manage. Otherwise, the list of properties continues to grow and it is cumbersome to search through the outdated list of properties in order to find the property that I need to work on today. Also, all the old tenant information continues to display which is VERY confusing. I do not need old tenants to show in my current tenant list or in a list for me to message them. The current way adds confusion and makes it hard to do some things on the mobile/phone app. Scrolling through long outdated lists does not work well on a small cell phone screen.

Landlords would also like the ability to disable payments for all tenants that might be in these archived properties as well.

I agree. We have a few properties that are unavailable for rent in the summer, and I would really like to keep all their information and documentation. the only option we currently have is to either delete the entire property or keep it up on the active list.

when I go to select a property now I am seeing all current and former properties listed. For ones that I have sold or no longer manage I am interested in archiving them so that the payment, tenant, and message data is retained along with documents uploaded. This would be in case I need to reference these for any kind of legal or accounting needs in the future.
