Add a visual calendar section on left menu that shows lease start and end dates, color-coded for quick reference, with each entry displaying the unit/address and tenant name.
Extend functionality so landlords can add 'events' such as maintenance, walk-throughs, move-ins/outs, or meetings with new tenants - complete with date, time, notes, and color tags. This would help track what’s scheduled for each property at a glance.
It could also allow adding custom reminders, like a note to contact a tenant about lease renewal. Overall, it gives landlords an intuitive, visual way to manage schedules and timelines across units/properties.

It would be great to have a feature allowing manual addition of showing appointments and comprehensive management through Turbotenant. In addition to that a calendar feature would enhance scheduling reliability, ensuring all appointments are effectively managed directly within the platform, rather than relying solely on external links.

90% of my tour is confirmed verbally. Please add option to Add Showing to Calendar manually. And option for 30min showing slot so the calendar is not too cluttered.
