Hey there! Just want to provide an update for a new release.
Landlords are now able to manually send payment reminders to tenants! You can go to the payments section of your lease profile, select the unpaid charge, and then use the "resend reminder" prompt. From there, you can review the email that we send to the tenants or simply send the email! A maximum of 10 manual reminder emails can be sent for a charge - once this number is reached, the "resend reminder" button will be disabled. Additionally, the reminder email will be sent to all active tenants on a lease and will not be sent to past or archived tenants.

Danni: why the limited amount of reminders? Can we get an auto reminder setting ?

J J: Hello there! We truly believe that it would be a rare occurrence for more than 10 notices, including the ones we send, to be necessary. However, if for any reason you do need to send more than 10, we suggest using the messaging feature within TurboTenant to kindly remind your tenant to make a payment. Rest assured, we are constantly collecting data to support any future changes to this feature. And don't worry, we are currently working on an auto-reminder feature as well! Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Any idea when this feature will get released? Would be a great help. Tenants are getting too many automated emails and they will natually tend to ignore them due to email fatigue

Landlord would like the ability to send payment reminder on the 1st of the month, not 15 days prior. Would like the ability to choose the date the reminder is sent, not have it go out automatically.
