We have tenants entering in multiple maintenance requests with not enough information to set up service and requests for maintenance on items that are the tenant's responsibility. I would like the ability to require a minimum amount of information when the tenant submits the maintenance request and the ability to reject requests that don't have enough information or are tenant responsibility. I reach out to the tenants through messages in TT, text messages, phone calls and some of the tenants don't respond. I have been closing after 2 weeks, but it would be better to have a minimum requirement and reject them back to the tenant when they don't provide it.
For example, right now the tenant can submit a request with one word like "sink" and no information. Another example is a tenant put in for the light not working, but they need to change the light bulb.

Please add feature to allow tenants to respond within the maintenance notes section. We often share the note with the tenant but they to respond in the messages. We end up having chats about the maintenance request in the messages but updates in the maintenance portal.
