Up vote for this feature. Dashboard customization would be huge. It's simple, but I can't tell how many vacancies I have unless I track it outside the application. Seems like a pretty crucial aspect of the business. The whole right side of the dashboard is useless for me and just takes up space that could be used for helpful business operations information and visualizations.

Including the option to disable the rotating ads (Legal Zoom, Steadily, Insurance, Armadillo, etc). When paying for the premium package, all I want to see on my dashboard are widgets that relate to my daily business functions. Thank you

Be able to toggle between all months of the year at the top instead of just this month and year.
Change snapshot boxes: "charges: total, paid, unpaid" "total rent collected, total late fees collected, total other collected" "in transit, deposited".
Be able to rearrange boxes so it makes more sense.
The Rentals / Leases / Tenants section is redundant. List all the current charges for the month selected (like under the charges tab), mark as paid, unpaid, late. Better if I can see this on the first screen instead of clicking to "charges". Also will only show the 1 month selected.

Change dashboard to more useful information.
Change RESIDENCY block to # of properties/doors, # of vacant properties, # moving in this month / # moving out this month. I do not use "Tenants / Leases / Condition Reports" .
Add PAYMENT block (have toggle between current month and next month) show $ amount due, $ amount paid $ outstanding. A circle chart would look nice. Show number of properties that are in Late Status.
Add CALENDAR / TASK block. Highlight when leases start and end. Scheduled inspections. Be able to add tasks (example: when to send out lease renewal letters, send back security deposit, set up inspections).
Separate out the MAINTENANCE block.
Change "VACANCY" block to "MARKETING" block. I start marketing before a property is vacant.

I need to have the ability to view utilities billed versus rent. Right now it is all bundled together on the Dashboard. Can you please add the ability to breakout utilities on the dashboard?

Create a feature that would show notifications for all rent payments, leases, maintenance requests, and properties on the dashboard. This feature would show expiring leases, ending soon, and upcoming leases.

Would like a notification panel when you login that shows you outstanding items. Like when a lease is ready for signature, I only know about it from the e-mail and it can get lost in the shuffle. Also items like payment received, payment deposited, etc.
