Each month I'm having to charge tenants for utilities and then go through and re-input all the same information under "add expense" for my own bookkeeping. A great feature would be a tick box or similar on the "add charge" page, where I can elect to also record it as an expense to be exported EOY.

Would like to be able to add recurring expenses that post each month to the expenses tab. Ex: a monthly phone/internet bill that is the same each month
