There are a few occasions where I have to message all tenants, IE weather delay for trash pickup, alerts for changing Furnace filters or cold weather alerts.
Would be great if I could select a message all tenants and send out the same message to all instead of having to message each one individually

Would love to be able to message all of tenants at once and for them to be able too see each others reply’s!!! So frustrating when I have to email inside. Or is there a way to do this?

While the lease allows me to convey a message to numerous tenants in a single action, which is highly beneficial, it does not support the simultaneous inclusion of an attachment. Currently, I must transmit the message as plain text, then manually attach files to each message individually. Moreover, after attaching a file to one message, refreshing the page is required before I can attach a file to another message.

I am not quite sure I understand the nature of your request. Can you please clarify? Are you wanting to attach multiple documents to a lease agreement with a message before you are sending it out for signature?

Please review the attachments. I can send all six tenants a message but there is no option to send them picture or document at the same time. I most first send the message with text. Then I must add the attachment one by one to each conversation as the message doesn't remain as a group message.
When sending the attachment one by one, you must refresh the browser after send each attachment which also annoying.
Please delete the attachments when you have reviewed them.
