When I am sending all tenants a video / photo it would be helpful to do this in the bulk message section.

Since we manage multiple properties, each having multiple tenants, it would be helpful to create groups of tenants that I can contact from the TurboTenant portal. For example, I want to message every tenant in build A to upload their renter's insurance policy to their particular portal (having a unique link to their portal in the message would be great). I don't want to message the group of tenants in a different building and don't want to select tenants one by one. I'd like to create groups of tenants for these types of use cases.

It is very inconvenient to not be able to attach documents to messages aimed at more than one tenant. This "+" feature is only available when messaging one single tenant. When one has more than one tenant in a unit, it is super inconvenient. I just started using turbotenant but this type of lack of flexibility may make me switch platform. Hopefully this can be an easy and quick fix of the platform.

Trying to coordinate with roommates is difficult when they can't see each other's responses. It would be a wonderful addition to a useful app!

There are a few occasions where I have to message all tenants, IE weather delay for trash pickup, alerts for changing Furnace filters or cold weather alerts.

Would be great if I could select a message all tenants and send out the same message to all instead of having to message each one individually

Would love to be able to message all of tenants at once and for them to be able too see each others reply’s!!! So frustrating when I have to email inside. Or is there a way to do this?

Ability to have a group message chain where tenants can see other tenants' responses and everyone can reply in one thread.
