Thanks for your feedback, John! Good news. You do not have to create a new Home Guide. When you create a new lease, simply click "Start From Existing" on the Home Guide tab. From there, you'll be prompted to choose the property and lease that has the Home Guide you'd like to use for the new lease. I hope that helps!
