In MESSAGES, please have the list of those available to receive a message limited to current tenants ONLY. I have everyone who has ever contacted me in there and its too much.

Agreed. The messages area is messy. Anyone who fills out an app is listed as a renter even if you deny them. There has to be a way to only have active people or a way for us to categorize them into appropriate lists. Renters hsould be our renters, not everyone and their mother who contacted or filled out an app. And somehow in my renters list I have people in there who have never filled out an app but sent a message.
