Thanks for your feedback! Nakelle - renters should be receiving messages via sms and email unless they go into their account and turn the settings off.

Danni can the phone number be an option when inputting a Lead? Not all renters want to give out their numbers if they have already provided an email. The App requires both email And phone although it says email Or phone in order to save a lead profile.
