Create an e-sign template feature that would automatically place e-sign spaces on uploaded lease agreement from the Landlord.

Hey there! Just want to update everyone and let you know that we have released this feature! Landlords that have a TurboTenant lease agreement already can now copy it and start a new lease agreement with most of the data pre-filled! Two things we did not do:
- Copy tenant info or dates (since those will likely change anyway)
- Copy state specific provisions/attachments if you copy a lease agreement for a different state.
You can find this feature by going to the lease agreement you wish to copy, clicking on the three dots menu and then clicking copy.
Thank you for your continued feedback, and feel free to let us know if it doesn't work how you expected!

Danni i just tried to do this but i didn't see a copy option after clicking on the 3 dots menu. is it safe to assume this feature is only available if we used the lease agreements available through turbotenant opposed to uploading our own custom lease?

Madonna Regala: Sorry that we missed this comment. Yes, this is correct. You can copy from an Lease Agreement you created in TurboTenant using our Builder (but not the advanced editor). If you have your own custom lease agreement you have to re-upload that lease agreement, place the signature fields and send for e-sign. We do not support e-sign templates yet.
Please let me know if you have further questions. Thank you!

Lease Template by Property
Wyatt Aberle
Create a lease template by property. When creating a lease for a new tenant, simply select the property and a pre-customized lease template will be generated and you only need to fill in tenant specific information, rent, deposits, etc. As is, creating leases for any multifamily property is extremely time consuming and opens the door for human error if you do any sort of customization to you lease as you have to re-type the info for every individual lease. This is a MUST HAVE for multifamily landlords/owners.

Ability to create Leases templates

Kelly E Sumner
Having a way for me to "copy" a lease, or use it as a template for all the units instead of re-creating the whole leased each time.

Save docs to new leases w/o having to upload them

Every time I create a new lease I have to upload the same docs such as utility list, HOA rules, etc. I would like the option to keep certain docs on new leases that stay on there

I found this feature to be very clunky. I kept inputting information in the lease template and saving the information, only to have to re-input the same information. I had to input different sections up to 7 times before it actually saved in the document properly.
