As a landloard you can only edit photos or notes for maintenance request you create. The pencil icon you suggested is greyed out with notes suggesting this as well. Can this request be reviewed again? Landlord should be able to edit Details and/or Activity but can not if Tenant is submitting maintenance request.

Thank you for this feedback! Currently, you can go back and edit the photos or notes for your maintenance requests.

The activity log tracks what is going on with that maintenance request, so that would not be editable.

To edit your maintenance requests, you can select the MAINTENANCE tab in your account, select the request you want to edit, and then use the pencil icon to edit your notes and photos.
