I would love a maintenance AI to troubleshot maintenance requests with the tenant before I get involved. For example: if the maintenance request is that the light isn't turning on, the AI can ask the tenant have they checked if the bulb is burned out or have they checked the circuit breaker?

Hello!
We released an AI Maintenance Chat Agent! Before tenants submit a maintenance request, they will interact with a Chat Agent that will collect Details that the Landlord would need to determine next steps and troubleshoot the issue, assuming the tenant is not handy and has only basic tools.
