It would be helpful to have the ability to disable maintenance requests. I have a tenant who is using that system to send rude and harassing messages and I'd like to be able to shut the whole thing down.

Danni Hi! Yes, so the ability to turn the feature on and off. I know it may seem odd - but for smaller landlords who already have a maintenance request system in place, they may not want to change it and have tenants suddenly start submitting through the turbo tenant portal. My worry would be if a maintenance request gets missed if I don't use the platform constantly like some landlords with bigger properties might. Hope that makes sense, let me know if I can clarify any further. Thank you!

Thank you for this feature request. I just want to make sure I understand what it is you are wanting so I can pass it over to the development team.
You do not want your tenant to make a maintenance request through TurboTenant because you already have a request made outside of the platform?
