Agreed - a notes section to quickly add info on pets, appliance serial numbers for warranty info, or other unit/home specific things - being able to do it in rich text would be helpful so there can be Bold, bullets, links, etc. too

On the lease profiles please! The only method for notes on leases is uploading a document which is clumsy and would need to be saved elsewhere in order to edit the notes. Otherwise the activity log on the tenant messaging board which is also complicated if you need notes on a whole lease group not just one tenant on a lease.
