About half of our tenants pay by cash/money order and I'd like to incentivize people to start paying through the TT system by offering a credit on their account, but only if they pay through TT. The user's account should still show the rate entered into the system as that is their actual rent but if they choose to pay through TT they would see this "bonus" credit which would not be available if they continued to pay by cash/MO.
