When reviewing charges past due and unpaid it should also include previous month as this is deceiving. I have two tenants who still owe from Nov and this is Dec and balance of past due and unpaid are not reflected.

Hey there Tracy!

You can select which months or years you would like to view using the filters in your payments tab on your dashboard. The main page is set to monthly by default but you can toggle to year or view all time under 'charges/deposits'.
