Would like to be able to allocate payments through TurboTenant.

Example - I collect 5000 a month in rent. I want to then pay my pool person $100, and HOA $200, and yard guy $100 every month. Then the remaining balance shift to my bank account.

I like this idea. I would like to be able to do an ACH payment from my bank account for free or pay via credit with the lowest reasonable transaction free.

Additionally, I want to be able to use this to return the tenant's security deposit.

Nice. Cant wait fir it to come. Make paying contractors much easier.

Hopefully it not crazy high % rates. Like only 1 or 1.5 %
