I'd like to be able to post a credit to the account. Like a rental concession as part of a renewal. As far as I know, you have to log it as a payment. When there is no rent due, you can't do it.

Thank you for this feedback! We have a new feature that allows you to add a credit to a lease. When you add the credit to the lease, the tenant will be able to apply it to the next payment they make!
