It would be great to be able to create WOs that occur on a cycle basis. Example for co-living is lawn care, common area cleaning and inspection.

Under maintenance requests it would be very cool if I could keep track of things like filter changes, furnace cleans, pest control - things I either I have to do or call a service person for on a yearly or recurring basis but is unique to each property. As my portfolio grows it would be nice to just have these recurring things pop up on my to-do list after I have entered them to "recur"
