I’d love for TurboTenant to add an inspections feature or app where tenants can complete a property inspection at the landlord’s request. There are several third-party apps that offer this, but it would be much more convenient to do it directly within TurboTenant rather than using a separate app.

Thank you for the feedback! Within your lease, take a look at the Condition Report tab where you can send a digital report to your tenants or download one to print and share in person. You can also access Condition Reports from the Dashboard!
