There is an issue when renters mail me their renewed insurance policy when the old one hasn't expired. I need to take care of business right away but I can't because there is no way to upload another policy until the other one has expired. This causes a need to go back and do it after the policy expires. This is highly inconvenient and confusing as we have many rentals. There should be a place to upload that policy that will kick in after the other one expires. (With an email notification to the landlord to delete the expired policy.)
