Having a contact list of vendors for maintenance requests would make submitting and tracking work ordert easier. Also the ability for vendors to upload invoice and for landlords to be able to pay through portal.

Would love to have access to a contact list that appears in the Maintenance section that can be edited and uploaded to (without having a specific job) for my maintenance pros. I want to add my trusted contractors in an address book now so they are in the list already saved, not just add them when a specific job requires them. I also want to be able to delete contractors that didn't turn out so well and update contact information should one of my contacts change their email or phone number.

Allow Landlords to edit the saved contact information of maintenance professionals, and delete any that are no longer needed.

We would love to see a link that could keep your contact information for maintenance people , managers and other subcontractors that the owners should call.
