email to the landlord

When we record a payment that was manually collected, an email is sent to the tenant, but no email goes out to the landlord. Can the same email be sent to the landlord as well?

Provide an option for Landlords to view a log of all emails that have been sent to a tenant by TurboTenant. Useful for understanding when payment reminders have been sent out, invitations to the portal or to apply, and other notices.

Great idea! I don't like being kept in the dark. I like to know and see what the tenant knows and sees.

I wish we could get copies of the automated emails sent to tenants for our own documentation such as when we upload a document to their lease, issue fees, etc.

Agreed. Turbotenant needs to simply make this available and this is a major gap in their product.

I agree, and, it needs to be uploaded to documents - default "NOT SHARED". We are ultimately responsible for ALL/ANY correspondence sent to Tenants - if TurboTenant is sending messages we absolutely need copies of what was sent.

I send a reminder, the system updates the date sent to that of the last reminder and I can no longer see when it was originally sent. I would also like to see a record of when the reminders went out as well as other communications like maintenance. Even as simple as being copied on any email sent to the tenant would be helpful.

Allow landlords to determine what notifications are sent to tenants to limit the number of emails tenants receive

Allow Landlords to turn off notifications sent to tenants. Especially if the tenant is not using the TurboTenant portal

From the landlord's point of view, it is very important to have easy access to any letter sent to a tenant from TurboTenant. These are official records that we need in case we need to provide proof. Not having the ability to get a copy of the denial letter sent to the tenant is a huge strike against TurboTenant!
