Please add to option to generate (and send for e-signature), contracts and agreements in Spanish, and possibly other languages. One of my tenants speaks only Spanish, and providing him a copy of the Lease agreement in Spanish (translated by ChatGPT), is helpful, but he has no way of verifying that the English version that he is signing matches the translation.

There are some instances where a tenant is not proficient in the English language. I would like to see where the tenant can convert a lease to their native tongue to understand as well be able to translate messages exchanges via TT.

I have predominantly Spanish speaking tenants and they're faced with tremendous limitations when it comes to understanding the portal. Turbo Tenant should adhere to those whose first language isn't English, this would open the doors for not only more tenants but more landlords as well.

Yes, agreed. Would be very helpful in areas with predominately more Spanish Speakers. It would be helpful to have website, application, renters login, forms and contracts in multiple languages. I know some forms we can create and upload, maybe provide a translation service that can help landlords get their personalized documents translated for a small fee.

I need the first email that is sent out to invite tenants in Spanish. I am also in the process of translating the portal instructions to Spanish. I would imagine the invoices for rent would need to be Spanish as well as any confirmation email sent. It would also be good if I can create the lease in Spanish (I speak English with little Spanish) as well. We are checking out the software before we buy the premium edition.
