Hi Michelle Shafer thanks for submitting your feature request!
I wanted to point out that you can do this, in a way, currently. If you're a member of our Premium Plan, you have access to adding multiple bank accounts. From there, you can create two separate charge rules, making one charge (presumably half of the total) routed to one bank account, and the second charge routed to another bank account. Does this functionality provide you with what you're already looking for?
If not, I'd love to better understand the use case behind what you're proposing!

Tony DiBiase: oh that's great! This comment was created by a customer support person who told me it wasn't possible. Sounds like this suggestion would work!

Tony DiBiase: Can you share more information about how to make this happen?

Michelle Shafer: Absolutely! Looking at your account, you'll first need to turn on the Rent Payments feature in your account. You can do this by clicking "Getting Started" when you're in the "Payments" tab.
Once we approve you for Rent Payments you'll want to create two different "recurring charges" and specify which bank account you'd like each charge to have its deposits routed to. This will allow you to, essentially, split your rent payments into two different bank accounts.
Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience team via chat or email for additional assistance! We'll be more than happy to walk you through these steps in more detail.

Phillis Judkins: I'd be happy to help you with this. To change your bank account, you'll want to click on Account > Settings > Rent Payments. Within the Rent Payments tab, you'll see the option to "Change Bank" next to the current bank account that you have listed. It's as simple as that!
If you're in need of more assistance, and for future reference, it's best to reach out to our CX Team via chat bubble (bottom right corner of your account) or email via support@turbotenant.com.
