We have several properties that are in a university market and we rent a single house to multiple students. We turn on partial payments so each roommate can make their own payment separately. However, they cannot schedule these payments and have to make them manually each month. This is a frustration with our tenants that we'd like to resolve. Yes I've considered multiple leases but that is not feasible for our business for multiple reasons. We only do single leases where everyone in jointly liable. Please add autopay to partial payments. If you have it OFF by default, then it doesn't hurt anyone who doesn't want this feature. You've already got the code for full payments, so seems like it'd be easy and low cost to implement. Thank you.

Ability to charge multiple leases at the same time. For example, utilities that are split evenly among tenants.

Please I 4708 tenant, Veronica’s rent is due every 27th of the month and not the first but she always pays late into the following month and it’s making my rent roll looking she is sometimes paying more in a month. She only paid $1000.00 for January and is trying to pay the $350 plus late fee of $50 today and she texted me that it is not allowing her to do that even though I edited for her to be able to make partial payments, pls help.
