Please I 4708 tenant, Veronica’s rent is due every 27th of the month and not the first but she always pays late into the following month and it’s making my rent roll looking she is sometimes paying more in a month. She only paid $1000.00 for January and is trying to pay the $350 plus late fee of $50 today and she texted me that it is not allowing her to do that even though I edited for her to be able to make partial payments, pls help.
