Team Roles - Additional User Access & Permissions Feedback

This is a big one for my management team, especially as we expand. Can we have more and better-defined user tiers and permissions? Or similarly, allowing the account owner to pick and choose which permissions a user has specifically would be an amazing feature. We currently have in-house maintenance staff, that we do not want to have access to anything accounting/sensitive tenant info or the ability to add/remove charges. They should only be able to see maintenance requests and potentially the property>Apt> and tenant contact info. Similarly, if we add a general secretary, we may not want them to have access to accounting, etc.

Landlords would like to be able to elect which notifications go to which additional users. For example: All notifications for property XYZ go to Unotificationsser 1 or only lead notifications go to User 2 etc.

In the new user modes, assistant cannot not message or work with tenants. So i have to give them full admin roles to be able to work tenant leads. Which honestly is the biggest role assistants will play for most users . Love this is being rolled out , but we need the abilty to assign roles with options that fit . As a one size fits all probably not going to work for most places . So maybe either more pre program roles, Or better abilty to edit our own permissions . I don't get why Turbo Tenant often wants to set pre set's instead of letting the users have the abilty to adjust own setting as needed.

Need an option for maintenance only team member. We have in house maintenance but I don’t want them to have access to any of the tenant rent info….just tenant contact info and messaging about maintenance issues
