A report that can be generated for each tenant or lease, providing the following insights:

Average Payment Date: The typical day of the month they make their payment (e.g., the 12th of the month), allowing me to identify tenants who consistently pay late and estimate their usual payment timing.

Late Payment History: The total number of times they have been late over the duration of their lease.

This report would be especially useful during lease renewals or paying to prospective landlords for past tenants, as it would allow me to download a detailed Tenant/Lease report to evaluate their payment consistency. This would help in making informed decisions about whether to renew their lease.
