Landlord's would find time-stamped photos helpful in the move-in/move-out reports. This would be helpful so that there is no dispute when the photo was taken upon move-in or move out so that there is no dispute when the photo was taken upon move in or move out.

Agreed! This would be an easy fix - especially if they get linked from the additional documents section of properties.

I love this idea. Also if the landlord could add comments to the reports. example, the tenant states the tub is draining slow. I would like to add a comment that the issue was addressed without having to start a maintenace request.
