When sending documents for e-sign, it would be cool if I could enter plaintext values that neither the renter or landlord need to enter

Sometimes in documents there are fields that don't necessary need input from either the renter or landlord, but the field value is variable. I want the ability to enter a plaintext value into placeholder fields into a document before sending for signatures.
