1) all texts regarding messages, tenant requesting maintenance, Rent paid should have an option of email/text or both and a switch for all users to get the same emails and texts... having to log in the portal to see something is not how i want to be notified

Thank you all for your input; multiple user access is now available as Team Roles in TurboTenant!
Premium users can invite Admins or Assistants to help manage your rental business, without sharing a login.
Admins have full access to your account, while Assistants can be granted limited, property-level access; perfect for on-the-ground helpers, family members, or business partners.
To get started, head to your Account Settings, scroll down to the "Additional users” section, and send your first invite.

Marketing Team Even the admin access still gives visibility to rents collected and sensitive information I wouldn't want my maintenance team seeing. Please add a maintenance profile type so that we can have maintenance teams log in and use this. I have had to use a separate workflow outside of Turbo Tenant for maintenance requests because of this.

I need access that only allows access to maintenance requests and possibly for communication with tenants (regarding the maintenance requests). I do not want the user to have access to anything else (e.g., lease terms, payments).

A super in each building needs to have limited admin access for their property or group of properties only in order to access maintenance requests and for logging manual tenant payments such as checks, cash or money orders that they collect. Additionally they should not have access to my finiacials! Please create this feature as soon as possible.

I second multi level permissions - per function, and per property. I have property not all in one area so I have different people working on different tasks.
