I second multi level permissions - per function, and per property. I have property not all in one area so I have different people working on different tasks.

How about have customer support that actually picks up or calls you back?

Love the new Admin feature. I NEEDED it. I would suggest an admin feature like our own dashboard to see a rundown of all late payments, maintenance requests, messages. Or at least have a bubble for a number next to the owners name in the dropdown, so we dont have to select every owner and go through each account.

I would like to be able to edit the Contact Info on the listing page so that it is not necessarily the account owner.

Yes or only see information on certain properties for certain co-owners or partners, because I manage other houses for different owners

Good news, our Product team has been working on this for the last quarter and are happy to announce that we've launched this on 9/24/24. For our first iteration of this feature, we have allowed the ability for an "Account Owner" (the original person who set up the account) to invite an "Admin" user to login with their own email and password and can do nearly everything an "Account Owner" can do. This is best for sharing the account with users that you fully trust. We see this as being most valuable for sharing the account with co-owners, partners, spouses etc. In the future we will work on creating Access Management so access can be limited after we assess user requirements more in depth.
