Feature Requests

I would like to see a feature for users and allowing access similar to Innago. It would be convenient to have different users and you can set permissions and only allow one person to list/edit properties or maybe one user to send/reply messages, etc.

Ability to send out newsletter or mass communications to all active tenants.

Option to select Studio not 1 bedroom.

Please provide ability to send group messages to shared tenants on the same lease.

Adding an expense to a maintenances request

The application is pretty high for student renters. If there was a way to lower it, or even allow the owner to partially pay for the application fee would be great! Maybe allow for different "packages" in the application. I would love to use the application process, it's just to expensive to justify to potential renters
