Allow landlord to edit tenant contact information such as email, name and phone number.

Like to see a way to return a security deposit through the platform since that is the way it was paid.

Even if returning the security deposit through the platform is too complicated of a feature to add right now, it would be extremely helpful if there was just a field to notate the lease that the security deposit was returned. I'd suggest adding the option where the "create charge" and "record payment" options are. Adding a "record refund" button, where you select the tenant that received the refund, add the refund amount and reason, select the payment method, select the date paid, and then have the Refund Note text field for optional notes on what, if any, expenses were deducted from that refund. Then the option to send a tenant receipt, and the refund summary, just like the "record payment" screen is set up currently. No payment needs to be processed through the platform but it would still allow landlords to keep accurate accounting records attached with each lease.

Would like to be able to allocate payments through TurboTenant. Example - I collect 5000 a month in rent. I want to then pay my pool person $100, and HOA $200, and yard guy $100 every month. Then the remaining balance shift to my bank account.

Would like to be able to change the bank account from the mobile-app.

Create recurring charge for each tenant not the entire lease profile, then they can use autopay and not pay the entire monthly lease amount.

My tenants are in college and split rent 6 different ways. I allow for individual payment by roommate. They want to turn on autopay, but the only option for auto pay is the total amount due. Would love to see Jimmy be able to pay X amount on auto pay, and his roommate pay Y, to add up to the full amount due.
