Messages need date not "today"

Would like reminders or new maintenance requests sent to their mobile phone as well as email.

Would like the ability to go back and make edits/updates to activity notes and attachments in a maintenance ticket.

Split rent payments into 2 different bank accounts

Create a feature that would create a receipt for the landlord when a payment is made. This would be available for the landlord as an attachment in the payments section of the lease profile used for tax purposes.

I'd like to be able to post a credit to the account. Like a rental concession as part of a renewal. As far as I know, you have to log it as a payment. When there is no rent due, you can't do it.

My tenant made a repair on the property and I would like to credit the amount back to them.

Add a button that would allow a Landlord to send a message automatically to the tenant for rent reminders

It would be nice to be able to send a prescreener to an inquiry even if I don't have a posted listing to create a "waitlist" for when I have an opening.
