Feature Requests

I have a couple of requests for messages: 1) I have two pages worth of tenants. When I click the "select all" button, it appears to only select all the tenants on the page that is showing, not the second page as well. 2) Would be nice to add a picture to the messages. For instance, in my freeze warning, I have a picture of the water meter to show how to turn it off. It will not let me paste the picture in the message. Thanks!

Allow the landlord to report unpaid/late payments for their tenants.

I would love a maintenance AI to troubleshot maintenance requests with the tenant before I get involved. For example: if the maintenance request is that the light isn't turning on, the AI can ask the tenant have they checked if the bulb is burned out or have they checked the circuit breaker?

Create a feature that would connect to the listing affiliates and/or TurboTenant to see how many views each property is receiving.

My leads never login or see the messages in their email. It would be nice if when we messaged a lead we could have the option to send it to their phone instead of email.

Make a way to see all of these amounts - past due, unpaid, in transit, paid, deposited by lease charged month rather than calendar payment month

Save contractor's contact information in Maintenance to easily assign.

I would like to see a feature for users and allowing access similar to Innago. It would be convenient to have different users and you can set permissions and only allow one person to list/edit properties or maybe one user to send/reply messages, etc.

if i need to refer back to the files or screening report, please maintain these with the tenant!
