Split rent payments into 2 different bank accounts

Landlords would like the ability to sort or filter the properties in the properties tab. Would like a way to re-arrange the order the properties show on their screen.

When reviewing charges past due and unpaid it should also include previous month as this is deceiving. I have two tenants who still owe from Nov and this is Dec and balance of past due and unpaid are not reflected.

The ability to delete maintenance request instead of marking as resolved

When you click on a lead you have the option to email, text, or call. Can you add an option to message from the message feature.

For example, when I want to tell a lead they don’t qualify based on the prescreen, I can select that message instead of typing the same response repeatedly. This could be solved by me maintaining my own responses and pasting them, but see the comment below.

Archive old messages associated with leads that have been archived and messages in general.

I occasionally need to send an emergency message to all ACTIVE lease tenants about weather, upcoming maintenance, etc. Currently I have to message them all individually which is painful. I would like a feature to bulk message my active leases (but not message any leads or past tenants, etc)

Wouldn't it be great if landlords could set up their TurboTenant accounts to easily manage multiple entities?

Add the ability to remember data and use Face ID to log into an account.
