Would like the ability to go back and make edits/updates to activity notes and attachments in a maintenance ticket.

Rental Property Inspection Suggestion: I’d love for TurboTenant to add an inspections feature or app where tenants can complete a property inspection at the landlord’s request. There are several third-party apps that offer this, but it would be much more convenient to do it directly within TurboTenant rather than using a separate app.

The ability to create and save templates that will then automatically place the text boxes for the signature, date, initial, etc. in the same location for future similar documents.

Add the ability to remember data and use Face ID to log into an account.

1) Have the ability to create custom tags or ways we can filter our leads based on these tags and/or fields that have been filled out

I'd like the ability to make notes on each lead. Example, texted or called, was a no show, has a cat, wants to move in by XX date, 3 kids, etc. Something when I talk to them, I can add notes right on TT about them.

Landlords would like the ability to sort or filter the properties in the properties tab. Would like a way to re-arrange the order the properties show on their screen.
