Feature Requests

I do not need my tenants to rate me. I dont want TT asking them this. I would like TT just to be a serious payment platform and work platform not a customer service ad. My tenants all think I am great but every time it asks them, I get a phone call with some tiny thing they need done after they rate me. Since switching to TT I have a 10 fold maintenance request after I get a rating. Most are for things like lightbulbs etc. Please stop asking my tenants these things and just be the platform for us to communicate. Thanks

Send tenants 90/60/30 days emails to let them know their leases will be up. Have landlords approve if extending the lease or going month to month. When I email tenants to let them know their lease is ending they usually have no idea.

I would like to have ability to get a reminder, notification from TurboTenant that I need to do yearly maintenance for instance replace HVAC filter, or do the check up for tankless water heater etc.

Allow landlord to edit tenant contact information such as email, name and phone number.

Ability to allow tenants, specifically roommates to enroll in automatic payments for partial payments if they are splitting the rent.

This feature is already available in RentRedi. Basically, currently TurboTenant only creates a new charge. When a new charge is created, the tenant can choose to pay only the rent and not pay the late fee. Next month, they could be forced to pay the late fee if landlord has enabled setting to require past dues to be paid first before paying current rent. But the leases of most landlords typically state that late fee is "added to the rent and becomes part of the rent", which means that if rent is late, then the late fee must be paid along with the outstanding rent (especially if partial payments are turned off). I am surprised this feature is not already enabled.

Would love an API and/or Zapier integration for editing accessing the site through other sites.

Create a section under the "Maintenance" tab that would allow for adding vendors, i.e. cleaners, painters, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc. Followed by a drop-down list for assigning maintenance issues to the appropriate vendor.

It would be nice if you could archive leads directly from the mobile app.

Landlord's would find time-stamped photos helpful in the move-in/move-out reports. This would be helpful so that there is no dispute when the photo was taken upon move-in or move out so that there is no dispute when the photo was taken upon move in or move out.
