Create a feature that would all Landlords to change the default view of the Payments Page, allowing them to customize which categories are shown.

Hide archived tenants in most views because it is really annoying to see them. Or make some type of tag to notate that the tenant is archived.

have an archive or deactivate option so the data is retained but it does not show up on my list of active properties.

Create a feature on the Payments Overview page that allows landlords/ property managers to view all offline payments at a glance similar to payments made through the platform with the option to see the lease profile and tenant information.
