Feature Requests

I do not need my tenants to rate me. I dont want TT asking them this. I would like TT just to be a serious payment platform and work platform not a customer service ad. My tenants all think I am great but every time it asks them, I get a phone call with some tiny thing they need done after they rate me. Since switching to TT I have a 10 fold maintenance request after I get a rating. Most are for things like lightbulbs etc. Please stop asking my tenants these things and just be the platform for us to communicate. Thanks

Create a login for Maintenance personnel to login and correspond with Landlords and Renters.

Provide an option to send an automatic Pay or Quit Notice via email and TT messaging when rent is unpaid after X number of days. This will greatly speed up eviction process, when needed.

creating recurring maintenance expenses so that user doesnt have to enter it every month

Modify the landlord dashboard to the landlord's preference for easy navigation.

I do my work in the evenings but don't want to send messages late, so would appreciate the ability to schedule messages for the morning

Create a feature that would allow the Landlord to receive and see the notitications that are sent to leads, applicants, and tenants. Also, include the feature to allow the landlord/property manager to opt out of those communications.

Premium Subscribers having the ability to elect the payout speed for tenants independently.

Have a button to click on dashboard to see what the tenants see

Would like to have the ability for a tenant or landlord to add a video along with photos for a maintenance request.
